The P312 Dualer electric wheelchair is a powerful electric wheelchair from Merits Health. It has a 2-in-1 power base, allowing it to quickly be switched from a front wheel drive power chair to a rear while drive one, and vice versa. All you need to do is release the chair and rotate 180 degrees.

As a new user you may want to start with the rear-wheel-drive feature before moving onto the front wheel drive, in order to enjoy the direct-drive direct response feeling.

This chair is perfect for both the indoors and the outdoors and because of its low seat height it has increased stability. One of the great features that the Merits Health P312 has is its ability to elevate.

The seat has a height of 22 inches but with the elevating feature it can extend an additional 5 inches increasing the height to 27 inches. Coupled with its ability to switch between front and rear wheel drive and its tight turning radius, makes this one of the best electric power wheelchair on the market.

The P312 has a weight capacity of 300 pounds, a top speed of 5 mph, operating range of 18 miles, a turning radius of 21 inches and ground clearance of 2 inches.
